Aeroflot Reveals First Newly Retrofitted Boeing 777

Aeroflot has unveiled their first completely retrofitted Boeing 777. The aircraft can accommodate 427 passengers and features 28 Super Diamond NG Business Class seats equipped with a sliding door, 24 Comfort Class seats and 375 seats in Economy.

On Tuesday (August 17, 2021), Aeroflot unveiled their first newly retrofitted 427 passenger Boeing 777, with two more to be retrofitted by the end of this year. The cabin features 28 Super Diamond NG seats in Business Class with a sliding privacy door, 24 Comfort Class seats and 375 Economy Class seats. All seats feature high-quality jacquard upholstery and a generous pitch with an Economy Class average of 80cm and a Comfort Class seat pitch of 96 cm. Business Class guests can relax with added privacy as sliding doors and an extra armrest can turn a seat into a private suite featuring a two meter fully lie-flat bed and an 18.5 inch HD monitor.


Guests in all classes will also enjoy the latest generation Panasonic Ex3 multimedia IFE system featuring new and classic movies, audiobooks, games, a children’s channel and a flight map with city guides. High speed internet up to 30 Mb/second is also available onboard. The new cabin interior has been designed to ensure Aeroflot guests will enjoy a premium travel experience. The Boeing 777 will be deployed on popular international and domestic routes including service to Dubai, New York, Los Angeles, Mahe, Delhi, Yerevan, Bishkek, Baku, Tashkent, Khabarovsk, Vladivostok and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. Aeroflot operates one of the world’s youngest fleets with 202 aircraft, including 20 long-range Boeing 777-300ERs.
