Aeromexico and Delta Air Lines Connect Mexico City With Raleigh-Durham, Tampa Bay and Washington D.C.

Aeromexico and Delta launched new daily service between Mexico City and Raleigh-Durham, Tampa Bay and Washington D.C. on Monday (July 1st, 2024), as part of their Joint Cooperation Agreement (JCA).

On Monday (July 1st, 2024), Aeromexico announced that along with their Joint Cooperation Agreement (JCA) partner Delta Air Lines, have launched new daily direct service between Mexico City and Raleigh-Durham, Tampa Bay and Washington D.C.  With these new markets, the airlines will operate nearly 60 routes and over 90 daily flights between Mexico and the U.S.  Celebrations took place at all four airports on Monday, where guests were treated with a welcome message and commemorative gifts.


During July, the Aeromexico-Delta alliance will connect 24 U.S. destinations with 13 cities in Mexico.  Thanks to the Joint Cooperation Agreement with Delta, Aeromexico inaugurated over ten routes between the two countries this year.  The Delta-Aeromexico JCA is the leading transborder airline alliance between the United States and Mexico, and offers more connectivity and scheduling options for customers of both airlines, while deepening the 21-year relationship between the two fellow SkyTeam member airlines.  Inbound customers to the U.S. can enjoy seamless onward connectivity with Delta via Atlanta, Detroit, Los Angeles, Minneapolis-St. Paul, New York-JFK, Salt Lake City, and Seattle.  Likewise, customers traveling to Mexico City can enjoy convenient one-stop connectivity across Aeromexico’s extensive domestic network.
