For flights departing the U.S., Air France is now offering new menus crated by triple Michelin-starred French Chef Dominique Crenn in La Première and Business Class cabins.
On Monday (February 5, 2024), Air France announced the introduction of new menus designed by triple Michelin-starred French Chef Dominique Crenn for La Première and Business Class guests on flight departing the U.S. Since February 1st, the new menus have been available on flights departing Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco and Seattle, and will gradually be available on all flights departing the U.S. for spring and summer 2024. Chef Crenn has created 12 original dishes, with two signature dishes to be introduced for La Première and Business Class guests each month. Choices will include a vegetarian option and a fish dish, in addition to the rest of the menu.

La Première guests can enjoy choices such as Lobster, pico de gallo and tea sauce or root vegetable mille-feuille with truffle sauce, while Business Class customers can enjoy Californian charbonnier with quinoa and marinière sauce or open raviole, courgette and tomato, hazelnut and parmesan sauce, among other culinary choices. Chef Dominique Crenn is the only woman with three Michelin stars in the U.S. for her Atelier Crenn in San Francisco. She is committed to developing inventive and poetic French cuisine for Air France guests, featuring local and seasonal produce. To prevent food waste and guarantee their meal choice, Air France is offering Business Class customers the ability to pre-select their hot dish option up to 24 hours prior to departure.

This winter, Air France is offering service to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York-JFK, New York-Newark, Raleigh-Durham, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington, D.C. Starting May 13, 2024, the carrier will also resume flights to Minneapolis-St. Paul. Additionally, Air France will launch new service from Paris-Charles de Gaulle to Phoenix, Arizona, starting May 23, 2024. For summer 2024, the airline will serve 17 U.S. destinations. Air France’s exclusive La Première cabin is currently available on select flights departing New York-JFK, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami and Washington D.C.
