airBaltic has announced a new partnership with Plusgrade, a global leader in ancillary revenue solutions, to launch a new Business Class upgrade feature. This allows cistomers to bid for an upgrade, while improving the carrier’s premium cabin utilization.
On Thursday (December 5, 2024), airBaltic announced the launch of a new collaboration with Plusgrade, a global leader in ancillary revenue solutions. Under the agreement airBaltic customers will be able to did for a Business Class upgrade, enhancing the guest’s flying experience, while improving the carrier’s premium cabin utilization and increasing revenue.
In Thursday’s announcement, airBaltic’s VP – Customer Experience & Insights, Natālija Kuzmina, said,
