Starting November 8, 2024, airBaltic will launch new direct service between Riga, Latvia and Rzeszów, Poland. One-way fares on the new route are now available from €34.

On Thursday (October 24, 2024), airBaltic announced the launch of new direct service between Riga, Latvia and Rzeszów in Poland. Since Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport is closest to the Polish border with Ukraine, the new route will provide convenient access to airBaltic’s extensive European network. Ukrainian travelers will enjoy seamless one-stop connectivity via Riga to popular destinations such as Vilnius, Tallinn, Oslo, Helsinki, Copenhagen, Stockholm. Customers can now book one-way fares on the new Riga- Rzeszów route from only €34.
Travelers from Ukraine will enjoy seamless access by direct buses and trains to Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport. Buses from Kyiv, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and other Ukrainian cities run directly to Rzeszów’s city center and the airport. Ukrainian citizens can also travel by night and intercity trains from major cities, including Kyiv, Lviv, and Odessa to Przemyśl in Poland. Regular trains also connect Przemyśl to Rzeszów, and the airport is easily accessible by local transport with a bus service.
