Alaska Airlines to Resume Full Schedule at Paine Field-Snohomish County Airport by Spring 2022

Alaska Airlines will resume a full schedule of 18 daily departures at Everett, Washington’s Paine Field-Snohomish County Airport by Spring 2022. By this fall, the carrier will offer 13 daily departures, including new nonstop service to Tucson, Arizona.

On Thursday (June 3, 2021), Alaska Airlines announced that they will restore a full schedule of 18 daily departures from Paine Field-Snohomish County Airport by spring 2022. The airline will offer 13 daily departures from the airport this fall, including new nonstop service to Tucson, Arizona. Paine Field, which is located north of Seattle in Everett, Washington, remains a very popular option for Alaska Airlines’ guests. On June 17th, Alaska will launch service to five destinations from Everett, including flights to Las Vegas, Orange County, Phoenix, San Diego and San Francisco. Starting September 8th, the carrier will offer 11 daily departures to seven destinations with the addition of twice-daily service to Boise and Spokane, as well as second daily flights to both Las Vegas and Phoenix. Seasonal service to Palm Springs will resume on October 7th, while new seasonal flights to Tucson will launch on November 19, 2021.

In Thursday’s announcement, Alaska Airlines’ Vice President – Network and Alliances, Brett Catlin, said,


“It has definitely been a difficult stretch, but our commitment to Paine Field never wavered. Our guests love the convenience of the airport. Next year, as we continue to offer additional flights, we'll be in a position to resume our full allotment of 18 departures every day to the places our guests want to fly to the most.”


Service to and from Paine Field will by operated by Horizon Air with Embraer E175 jets featuring First Class and Premium Class and no middle seats. Additionally, guests will enjoy hundreds of free movies and TV shows on their personal devices, free texting on most flights and Wi-Fi connectivity for purchase.
