Copa Airlines has today announced a new partnership with the global content solutions provider, Smartvel. This will enable to carrier to provide essential real-time information about travel requirements for customers flying to any of Copa’s 85 destinations.
On Tuesday (January 21, 2025), Copa Airlines announced a new partnership with Smartvel, a global content solutions provider. This will enable the airline to provide customers with real-time information about travel requirements for any of Copa’s 85 destinations across the Americas and the Caribbean. Smartvel’s advanced content is available in multiple languages, and will be integrated into Copa Airlines’ website and app. Customers will have access to up to the minute travel information, including health and visa requirements. Smartvel’s technology continuously monitors official government websites from each country to ensure all travel requirements are up to date.
In Tuesday’s announcement, Diego Morales from Copa Airlines said,
