Dublin Aerospace to Hire Over 100 New Team Members Over the Next 3-6 Months

Dublin-based MRO Dublin Aerospace has today launched a major recruitment drive to hire over 100 new employees over the next 3-6 months. The aviation maintenance company calls on all tradespeople considering a career change to apply.

On Monday (November 21, 2022), Dublin Aerospace announced the launch of a new recruiting campaign to hire a total of 106 new team members over the next 3-6 months. Successful applicants will fill positions at the MRO’s Base Maintenance Facility at Dublin Airport, and at the company’s new state-of-the-art Landing Gear Facility in County Meath. Dublin Aerospace encourages all tradespeople considering a career change to apply. The new recruitment drive follows the aviation maintenance company’s recent announcement of an immediate 19 percent increase in employees’ guaranteed basic pay, plus a further six percent increase in 2023, along with additional benefits including increased pension contributions and annual leave, plus a unique and generous profit-sharing scheme.


In Monday’s announcement, Dublin Aerospace’s CEO, William Flaherty, said,

The company is seeking Fitter/Turners (MAMF), Toolmakers, Technicians and Mechanics in Ashbourne. At their Dublin Airport Hangar Complex, Dublin Aerospace is recruiting Mechanics, Electricians, Sheet Metal Workers and Panel Beaters, Painters, Upholsterers and Composite Technicians, as well as On-Site Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and B1 and B2 certified Engineers.
