Edelweiss has launched new service to Tbilisi, Georgia, with the inaugural flight taking to the skies on Saturday, April 12, 2025. The seasonal route will now operate twice weekly through October 2025.

On Monday (April 14, 2025), Edelweiss announced the launch of new service to Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia. The inaugural flight took to the skies on Saturday, April 12, 2025, following a symbolic ribbon cutting ceremony at the departure gate at Zurich Airport. The route will now operate twice weekly with an Airbus A320 through October 2025. Located in the South Caucuses, Georgia offers wild natural beauty and a diverse culinary scene. Tbilisi is a cultural melting pot where Soviet, European and Oriental influences combine to create a unique flair.
