Embraer has reported a fourth quarter 2024 net profit of $45.6 million or $0.25 per American Depositary Share (ADS) on revenue of $2.3 billion. At the end of Q4 2024, Embraer had a firm order backlog valued at $26.3 billion, the highest in the company’s history.

On Thursday (February 27, 2025), Embraer reported their fourth quarter and full year financial results for the period ending December 31, 2024. The company reported a fourth quarter net profit of $45.6 million or $0.25 per American Depositary Share (ADS) on revenue of $2.3 billion. For FY2024, Embraer reported a net profit of $352.6 million or $1.92 per ADS share on a year-over-year increase in revenue of 21 percent to $6.4 billion. At the end of Q4 2024, Embraer had a firm order backlog valued at $26.3 billion, the highest in the company’s history. The company ended the year with a consolidated cash position of $2.55 billion, and a $1.0 billion revolving credit facility.
During the fourth quarter, Embraer delivered 75 aircraft, including 31 commercial jets (20 E2s and 11 E1s), and 44 executive jets (22 light and 22 medium). For 2024, the company delivered a total of 206 aircraft, including 73 commercial jets (47 E2s and 26 E1s), and 130 executive jets (75 light and 55 medium). Embraer’s commercial aircraft backlog was valued at $10.2 billion at the end of Q4 2024, up year-over-year by 15 percent. Luxair also formalized and order for two E195-E2s by exercising two secured options on their 2023 firm order for four aircraft. The carrier now has a total of six E195-E2s. Embraer now has 179 firm orders for E2 Jets Family, and 164 for E175-E1s.
