Emirates Launches New Business Class Dishes Designed by Renowned Chefs

For summer 2025, Emirates is introducing 18 new Business Class dishes designed by renowned chefs, all paired with exclusive Moët & Chandon champagne.

On Tuesday (February 11, 2025), Emirates announced the launch of 18 new Business Class dishes created by renowned chefs for summer 2025.  Designed by Moët & Chandon’s Head Chef of Michelin star renown, Jean Michel Bardet, and Emirates’ VP of Culinary Design, Doxis Bekris, each new dish has been perfectly paired with an exclusive champagne.  After over a year in development in partnership with Emirates master chefs and the Maison Moët & Chandon in France, the 18 new starters and main courses will be available on select routes from May 2025.


New starters include poached scallops served with green melon, blanched kumquat, lemon gel and roasted almonds, exquisitely paired with Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2016.  Vegan options include silken tofu, sliced and served with poached asparagus, soy emulsion with olive oil, lemon gel and cashew cream, paired with Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial.

Main course pairings are also set to impress, with pairing such as roasted duck served with braised aubergine and chickpeas with raz el hanout-spiced couscous-jus and cherry tomatoes, paired with Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial.  Another main course option includes roasted turkey, sliced and served with sage chicken jus, mashed potato, braised fennel and almonds,  paired with Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2016.  Seafood afficionados will enjoy the seared Chilean seabass paired with Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial and served with artichoke puree, lemon grass sauce and buttered sugar snap peas.  Vegan main courses include lentils with coconut served with steamed basmati rice, spiced cauliflower with green peas and naan, paired with Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial.
