Emirates Signs Interline Agreement With Nigeria’s Air Peace

Emirates has today announced the signing of an interline agreement with Nigeria’s Air Peace, which expands travel choices to 13 cities via Lagos, while offering customers single-ticket travel and simplified baggage throughput.

On Tuesday (February 11, 2025), Emirates announced the signing of a new interline agreement with Air Peace, the leading airline in Nigeria.  Customers booked on flights between Dubai and Lagos will now enjoy seamless onward connectivity to 13 additional cities in Nigeria, including Asaba, Akure, Benin City, Calabar, Enugu, Ilorin, Kaduna and Owerri.  Additionally, corporate travelers can connect to other cities in one of Africa’s major economic hubs, including Abuja, Kano, Uyo, Port Harcourt and Warri.  Customers booking a combined Emirates and Air Peace itinerary will also enjoy single-ticket travel and simplified baggage throughput.  In Africa, Emirates’ footprint expands to over 223 regional points through five codeshare and 19 interline partnerships. 


In Tuesday’s announcement, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, Adnan Kazim, said,

This partnership with Air Peace is the next step on this journey, bolstering our connectivity and introducing more travel options for corporate leisure, and travellers visiting friends and family to and from Nigeria.  We look forward to deepening our strategic partnership with Air Peace in the future to enhance the benefits for our mutual customers.”


Also commenting on the new interline partnership, Air Peace’s Chief Operating Officer, Oluwatoyin Olajide, said,

Emirates’ route between Dubai and Lagos is operated with a Boeing 777-300ER.  Onboard, guests will enjoy a regionally inspired multi-course menus and a wide selection of premium beverages.  Customers can also enjoy 6,500 channels of global entertainment, including 23 Nigerian movies, and other content on emirates award-winning 'ice' inflight entertainment (IFE) system.  Emirates is one of only two airlines offering First Class into Lagos, allowing travelers to enjoy the carrier’s most comfortable, private and luxurious onboard experience.
