Starting October 1st, 2024, Emirates will introduce their newly retrofitted Boeing 777s to Zurich and Riyadh. The carrier will also increase frequencies to Geneva and Brussels to twice daily service, with the addition of refreshed 777s on both routes.
On Tuesday (August 13, 2024), Emirates announced that they will deploy their newly refreshed Boeing 777s to Zurich and Riyadh from October 1st, 2024. The carrier will also increase frequencies to Geneva and Brussels to twice daily, with both cities becoming the first in the Emirates network to sport refreshed B777 cabins on all flights. As previously reported, guests traveling onboard the updated aircraft will enjoy the airline’s highly acclaimed Premium Economy and newly configured Business Class products.
Starting September 22, 2024, Geneva will become the first city to offer Premium Economy and newly refreshed Business Class cabins on all flights, with the introduction of retrofitted B777s on flights EK 89 and EK 90. Emirates’ flights EK 85 and EK 86 to Zurich, and flights EK 819 and EK 820 to Riyadh, will operate with retrofitted B777s starting October 1st, 2024. On October 9, 2024, the carrier will operate their second refreshed B777 to Brussels, with flights EK 181 and EK 182 operating six times weekly.
Emirates’ refreshed B777s are configured in four classes with six or eight First Class suites, 38 Business Class Seats in a four abreast arrangement, 24 Premium Economy seats in a 2-4-2 layout, and 256 Economy Class seats. To learn more about Emirates’ updated Boeing 777s, please click here.
