Etihad Airways has today announced that in partnership with Be Relax, the world’s leading airport spa brand, they have opened a new location inside’s the carrier’s lounge at Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi.
On Monday (September 9, 2024), Etihad Airways announced the opening of a new spa in their lounge at Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi (AUH). The lounge has been opened in partnership with Be Relax, the world’s leading airport spa brand, and is located in the airport’s newly inaugurated Terminal A. The innovative new spa offers a unique and convenient wellness experience for discerning travelers, and embodies the shared vision of Etihad Airways and Be Relax to make wellness a cornerstone of the travel experience.
In Monday’s announcement, Etihad Airways’ Director of Product and Hospitality, Turky Al Hammadi, said,
“Whether departing from Abu Dhabi or connecting between two flights, we’re delighted to welcome our guests to enjoy the Be Relax Spa located at our premium Lounge. When it comes to pampering, our partners, Be Relax are experts at creating an indulgent and rejuvenating spa experience. The services are flexibly timed to allow our guests to make the most of their time at the airport and arrive at their destination feeling relaxed and refreshed.”
Also commenting on the Abu Dhabi lounge collaboration, Be Relax’s Founder and CEO Frederic Briest, added,

The new Be Relax Spa is available to Both Etihad Lounge guests, as well as all passengers passing by, and invites everyone to experience the next level on-transit relaxation, all without the need for advance booking or exclusive membership. Additionally, Etihad’s guests flying in The Residence and First Class can enjoy a complimentary spa service when they fly. The new spa experience is further elevated by exclusive partnerships with Valmont, a distinguished name in luxury skincare, and Philip Martin’s, a premium Italian brand known for their olfactive expertise. Spa guests will also enjoy top-tier body and hair care services.
Travelers can also enjoy Be Relax’s signature chair massages, full-body massages, nail care, barber services, Experience Showers by BODYFUL, and unique Sophrology sessions, delivered in collaboration with Ressource Paris. Setting a new standard in travel wellness, the new combined lounge and spa experience is a first-of-its-kind concept for Be Relax. As previously mentioned, all travelers are invited to visit Etihad Spa by Be Relax, which is conveniently located in Terminal A, between the C and D departure concourses, next to Gate C27. The spa is open 24/7, offering round-the-clock relaxation and wellness to all visitors.
