For Winter 2024/25, Flair Airlines will add new nonstop service to Orlando from Kitchener-Waterloo, Toronto Pearson, London Ontario and Saint John. Kitchener-Waterloo flights will commence in October, while the other routes will start in December.
On Friday (May 17, 2024), Flair Airlines announced an expansion of their winter 2024/25 schedule with new service to Orlando International Airport (MCO) from Kitchener-Waterloo (YKF), Toronto Pearson (YYZ), London (YXU) and Saint John (YSJ). Flights from Kitchener-Waterloo will operate up to three times weekly from October 29th, while Toronto Pearson to Orlando flights will commence on December 16th with up to 12 weekly flights. Service Between London Ontario and Orlando will start on December 20th with two weekly flights, and the St. John-Orlando route will launch on December 22, 2024, with one weekly flight.
In Friday’s announcement, the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority’s CEO, Kevin J. Thibault, said,
“We are delighted to welcome Flair Airlines to Orlando International Airport. This partnership provides travelers with greater, more convenient access to both Orlando and Canada. From Canadians looking to explore Orlando’s beloved attractions to Floridians excited for adventures in some of Eastern Canada’s most iconic cities, these new routes are sure to inspire everyone’s inner adventurer.”
Also commenting on the new Orlando routes, Flair Airlines’ CCO, Garth Lund, said,
