Frontier Airlines has today introduced a new UpFront Plus seating option, which guarantees an empty middle seat for extra personal space and comfort. The new upgraded seating in the first two rows also ensures customers will be the first to deplane.
On Tuesday (March 12, 2024), Frontier Airlines announced the launch of their new Upfront Plus seating option. The upgraded seating in the first two rows guarantees an empty middle seat for extra space and comfort, and ensures customers will be the first off the aircraft when deplaning. Upfront Plus booking is now available for flights departing on or after April 10, 2024 with introductory pricing from $49 per person per flight segment. To qualify for the introductory $49 upgrade, Upfront Plus seating must me purchased by March 20, 2024 for travel between April 10th and April 30, 2024 (T&Cs apply).
In Tuesday’s announcement, Frontier Airlines’ CEO, Barry Biffle, said,
“Many consumers strongly prefer a seating option that offers extra space when flying. Frontier is all about choice and giving consumers the flexibility to customize their travel to suit their individual needs and preferences. UpFront Plus is a great option for those who want expanded personal space and extra comfort. With the recent introduction of our new Biz Travel For Less program, UpFront Plus seating will also provide an affordable upgrade option for those traveling on business seeking additional space.
Upfront Plus will now become Frontier’s fourth seating option, joining Premium, Preferred, and Standard. Premium seating offers extra legroom and comfort, while preferred offers a quick exit with seats located towards the front of the aircraft.
