On Wednesday (December 20, 2023), Miami International Airport (MIA) announced that LEVEL will launch new service between Barcelona El Prat Airport (BCN) and Miami (MIA) starting March 31, 2024.  The route will operate three times weekly on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, with a fourth Saturday frequency from June through September 2024.  Miami will become LEVEL’s fifth nonstop U.S. destination from Barcelona, joining existing service to New York, Boston, Los Angeles and San Francisco.

For summer 2024, LEVEL will increase their seat capacity to the U.S. by 50 percent compared to last summer.  The capacity expansion has been made possible by the addition of a sixth aircraft to LEVEL’s fleet.  Thanks to connectivity with Vueling, another IAG airline, inbound customers to Barcelona can enjoy seamless one-stop connectivity to other destinations across Europe.  LEVEL plans on growing their fleet to eight aircraft by 2026.

Founded in 2017, LEVEL is IAG’s long-haul low-cost carrier, operating alongside five other Group airlines including Aer Lingus, British Airways, Iberia, Iberia Express, and Vueling.
