Nolinor Aviation has appointed Oliver Tomczak as Director of Operations. Mr. Tomczak (32) joined Nolinor in 2014 as a flights dispatcher, and has since held critical roles including Flight Operations Quality Assurance Manager and Assistant Operations Manager.
On Tuesday (May 2, 2022), Nolinor Aviation announced the appointment of Oliver Tomczak (32) as the carrier’s new Director of Operations. Mr. Tomczak joined Nolinor in 2104 as a flight dispatcher, and has since held critical roles including Flight Operations Quality Assurance Manager and Assistant Operations Manager. According to Nolinor, his promotion to Director of Operations is proof of his dedication and hard work over the past nine years, as well as the company’s commitment to nurture talent within the organization and supporting internal promotions. In his new role, Oliver Tomczak will be responsible for overseeing flight operations, as well as crew, and regulatory compliance.
In Tuesday’s announcement, Nolinor Aviation’s new Director of Operations, Oliver Tomczak, said,
“Nine years ago, I started my journey at Nolinor Aviation, and it has been a great privilege to grow and learn alongside some of the most dedicated and talented people in the industry.”
Also commenting on Oliver Tomczak’s promotion, Nolinor Aviation’s Vice President of Human resources, Andrée-Anne Lauzon, said,
“Oliver's infectious passion for aviation sets him apart. There is fire in his eyes.”
Nolinor’s Director of Operations, Yves Bergeron, added,
“Oliver has become a key member of the organization that we can count on. His appointment as Director of Operations is well deserved and we have no doubt that he will continue to excel in this new role.”
Founded in 1992, Nolinor Aviation is Canada’s largest airline offering specialized commercial charter flights. The company’s OWG division was founded in 2020 and offers scheduled service to select Caribbean destinations. Nolinor operates an all-Boeing fleet of Boeing 737-200s, 737-300s, 737-400s and 737-800s.
