Starting June 3, 2205, Norse Atlantic will launch new service between Los Angeles and Athens starting June 3, 2025. The route will operate four times weekly with a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, and fares from $269 (€259).
On Saturday (January 25, 2025), Norse Atlantic Airways announced the launch of new service between Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Athens, Greece (ATH). Starting June 3, 2025, the route will operate four times weekly with a state-of-the-art Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. Fares on the new route start at $269 or €259, with options ranging across economy and premium boarding. Athens will become Norse’s fourth budget route from LAX, joining existing service to London, Paris, and Rome.
In Saturday’s announcement, Norse Atlantic Airways’ Founder and CEO, Bjørn Tore Larsen, said,

Norse Atlantic’s Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners are configured with Economy and Premium cabins, and customers can choose between Light, Classic and Flextra fares. Economy Light fares represent the best value and now includes a 10kg carry-on bag and a personal item for added value, while Flextra fares include the maximum baggage allowance, two meal services and an enhanced airport and onboard experience, plus added ticket flexibility. Each seat is equipped with a state-of-the art inflight entertainment (IFE) experience, and Premium cabin seats feature a generous 43-inch seat pitch and a comfortable 12-inch recline.
