Porter is bolstering their Florida network with the launch of new service between Toronto-Pearson and Palm Beach, their sixth Florida destination.
On Thursday (November 14, 2024), Porter Airlines announced the inauguration of new daily service between Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) and Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), the carrier’s sixth Florida destination. The route will be operated with a 132-seat Embraer E195-E2 jet. In addition to Palm Beach, Porter also offers service to Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Miami, Orlando and Tampa.
In Thursday’s announcement, Porter Airlines’ President, Kevin Jackson, said,
“Florida has quickly grown to be one of Porter’s most popular U.S. markets. Passengers appreciate having more options when planning their winter getaways and the elevated onboard experience means their vacation begins the moment they step onboard. The Palm Beaches is a great addition to our route map.”
Also commenting on the new route, Palm Beach County’s Director of Airports, Laura Beebe, said,
