Rick Deurloo will succeed Carroll Lane as President of Pratt & Whitney Commercial Engines, while retaining his current responsibilities as the company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer.
On Friday (May 27, 2022), Pratt & Whitney announced that Rick Deurloo will succeed Carroll Lane as President of Pratt & Whitney Commercial Engines, who is leaving the company for another leadership opportunity. While taking on this additional role, Mr. Deurloo will retain his current responsibilities as the company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Deurloo assumes his expanded role effective immediately and will continue to report to Pratt & Whitney’s President, Shane Eddy.
Speaking about Rick Deurloo’s expanded role at the company, Pratt & Whitney’s President, Shane Eddy, said,

Joining the former United Technologies Corporation in 1998, Rick Deurloo has over 20 years of global aerospace industry management and sales experience. Before becoming Pratt & Whitney’s Senior Vice President and CCO, he served in other senior leadership positions at the company, including as Regional Vice President of Sales for the Americas.
