On Wednesday (September 13, 2023), United Airlines announced the opening of two new clubs at Denver International Airport (DEN), including their largest United Club in the world. The new 35,000 square-foot club, which is located in the B Concourse, is a modern take on the United Club experience and features beer flight boards to taste a seasonal rotation of local and craft beers. Last Month, United also opened a new 24,000 square-foot United Club in the A Concourse, featuring a luxurious ski lodge aesthetic and thoughtful design flourishes inspired by the Colorado outdoors.

In Wednesday’s announcement, United’s Head of Clubs and Lounges, Alexander Dorow, said,

“The new United Club locations are designed and operated to reflect feedback from our customers and match the way their travel has evolved in recent years. We're growing our hub in the Mile High City, and the expansion and renovation of United Club locations represents our commitment to Colorado and our customers' experience.”

United also plans on opening another club at DEN in 2025, which will expand their total United Club footprint at the airport to over 100,000 square-feet across three United Club locations and United Club Fly, a unique grab-and-go concept.

The newest United Club at Denver International Airport is located in the B Concourse near gate B44, and consists of three levels and more than 600 seats. Reflecting Denver’s vibrant ‘beer scene’, the club features brewery-inspired elements. At the feature bar on the mezzanine level, travelers can choose from a rotation 10 local and craft beers on tap, including selections from New Belgium, Great Divide, Denver Beer Company and Upslope, among others. The feature bar area also features a vibrant blue mural by visual artist Charlo Garcia Walterbach, which explores the joy and discovery of new places.

Throughout the club, visitors will experience details inspired by Denver’s urban areas such as concrete flooring, hand-crafted décor and exposed ceilings, as well as a variety of locally-sourced furnishings and artwork, including photography, paintings, sculptures and murals, all reflecting Denver’s diverse community. Upon entering the club, guests will enjoy a sculpture by Will Schlough, which was inspired by the cones of the majestic Colorado Blue Spruce. The piece has been constructed from dozens of skateboards meant to resemble colorful pine cones. Additionally, the space features a statement mural by local artists, Jaime Molina and Pedro Barrios, which tells the story of Denver through highly-visual street art, inspired by geometric shapes.

At United Airlines, ‘Good Leads the Way.’ The airline operates the most comprehensive network among North American carriers with U.S. hubs in Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New York/Newark, San Francisco and Washington, D.C.
